DRYHOLE is an on-chain NFT ecosystem combining:

The protocol is designed around recurring Epochs and NFT utility.
02NFT Generations
DRYHOLE V1 is the original DRYHOLE NFT collection.
DRYHOLE V2 / Genesis is the second-generation NFT system.
V1 and V2 have different utilities.

03Genesis
Genesis is organized into generations. Each generation requires a fixed number of NFTs.

The requirement must be fully satisfied to select a generation.
Example: a user holding 40 NFTs who selects Gen 4 allocates 30 NFTs to Genesis, leaving 10 NFTs available for other utility such as Drill.
NFTs allocated to Genesis cannot simultaneously be used for Drill.
Higher generations provide higher Point multipliers. Finalized rates so far:
- Gen 1 — 10 Points / hour
- Gen 2 — 30 Points / hour
- Gen 3 to Gen 5 — Not finalized.
04Epoch System
1 day = 1 Epoch. The Epoch resets at 23:00 UTC. Points accumulate during an active Epoch.
At the end of an Epoch:
- Total Points are calculated.
- Each participant's share is determined from their Points.
- The reward pool is distributed proportionally.
- Points reset.
- A new Epoch begins.
Example: User A has 1,000 Points and User B has 3,000 Points, for a total of 4,000 Points. User A receives 25% of the reward pool and User B receives 75%.
05Points & Rewards
Genesis Points determine a participant's share of the Epoch reward pool.
Reward amounts are not fixed for every Epoch. The interface currently shows Epoch 1 with a $270 display value, approximately 0.1 ETH at a reference price. This is a display value, not a permanent protocol rule.
Future Epoch reward amounts: Not finalized.
06Drill
Drill is a core NFT utility. Both V1 and V2 / Genesis NFTs can participate in Drill.
NFTs allocated to Genesis cannot simultaneously participate in Drill.
Drill rates and rewards: Not finalized.
07DRYHOLE Token
DRYHOLE is the native ecosystem token. It is used throughout the internal economy, including Swap, Market and Stake.
Token supply, emission and distribution: Not finalized.
08Swap
Swap is the token exchange layer. It contains three functions:
- Buy — swap a supported base asset into DRYHOLE.
- Sell — swap DRYHOLE into a supported base asset.
- Convert — convert Genesis Points into DRYHOLE.
Buy and Sell are token exchange functions. Convert is not an NFT marketplace and not a token swap pair.
Supported assets, rates and contract addresses: Not finalized.
09Market
The Market allows users to buy and sell DRYHOLE V1 and V2 NFTs.
The native DRYHOLE token is the Market currency.
10Stake
Stake is the DRYHOLE token staking system.
- Reward rates: Not finalized.
- Staking duration: Not finalized.

11Burn
Burn is a V1-only utility. V1 NFTs can be burned through the Burn system.
